BIOS release 1.2 for SI-2P+


Release information:

1. Change BIOS string:
A. "Boot SCSI/IDE/RAID Card" to "Bootable Add-in Device" in BIOS
Feature.
B. "-DRAM RAS# to CAS# Delay" to "RAS# to CAS# Delay" in Chipset
Feature.
C. "-DRAM RAS# Pre-Charge" to "-DRAM RAS# Pre-Charge Time" in Chipset
Feature.
D. "Soft-Off by PWR-BTTN" to "Power Button Function" in Power Management
Feature.
E. "PWRON After PWR-Fail" to "Restore On AC Power Loss" in Power
Management Feature.
2. Add "IDE HDD delay time" item.
3. Changed the default year to 2004.
4. Update CPU micro code.
5. BIOS compile date: 07/27/2004

1. How to upgrade BIOS:

a. Boot into MS-DOS.
b. Run "si2pp12.exe" to extract all files.
c. Run "awdflash.exe" and following switches.

*** Please notice that we suggest you flashing the bios with switches

"/py /sn /cd /cp /cc /cks /R"

2.After BIOS updated, pull off the power cord and then clear the CMOS data
via jumper before restarting system please.
