P2P software would affect the network quality seriously and delay the real-time programs. Dragon can help to solve this issue. It provides service that can classify all programs to six bandwidth priority levels (highest priority, high priority, normal priority, low priority, lower priority, and lowest priority). The highest priority programs will prior to other priority ones to be transmitted and free for network congestion, and high priority programs will prior to normal, low, lower, and lowest priority ones to be transmitted. The normal, and low priority has the same arrangement such as show above.
